When you submit a coaching application we collect the information you enter into that form.
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The coaching track you selected
- Your age range
- Your stated goal, primary challenge, timing and investment readiness
- The written answers you provide about previous attempts and desired outcomes
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you moved through the site. This is used to understand traffic quality and improve the site.
How we use your information
- To review your application and determine whether our coaching is an appropriate fit
- To contact you about your application and, where relevant, to schedule a strategy call
- To provide coaching services if you become a client
- To measure the performance of our advertising and improve the website
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
Advertising and analytics
We use advertising and analytics tools including the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics 4 to measure whether our advertising is working.
We deliberately limit what these tools receive. Advertising platforms receive standard conversion event names and, where applicable, contact identifiers that are cryptographically hashed before transmission so they can be matched to an existing account.
We do not send your written application answers, your stated goal, your challenge, your age, your sex or coaching track, or any health, medical, hormonal or biometric information to advertising platforms. That information is stored privately and used only for the purposes described above.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (for example our website host, database provider, email provider, scheduling provider, and analytics and advertising platforms), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your application, to provide services if you enroll, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
